From my days as an advertising and marketing executive to my 10+ years as a top real estate agent, I’ve applied this drive for process improvement to propel every team I’ve belonged to and led to the highest levels of productivity and team satisfaction.

As a coach, I LOVE to share the best practices I’ve learned along the way, based on my own experience, as well as those of my numerous clients. I am passionate about making a positive impact on the lives and businesses of my agent colleagues.

My background as a Senior level Marketing/Advertising executive taught me about delivering outstanding client service and the highest level process management, and offering creative marketing strategies and solutions.

I've been involved with numerous civic and community organizations, where learning to find common ground in the midst of widely disparate perspectives was my forte and passion.
